The full FAQ — personalisation, orders and shipping, payment, care, and returns — is being written with the owner so that every answer matches what the studio actually does.
In the meantime: personalised orders are embroidered by hand after you order, prices are in New Zealand dollars, and shipping is free on orders over $125. Anything else, email us and you will get a real answer from the person who does the stitching.
