Payments
Checkout is handled by Stripe, which means your card details are entered on Stripe's own secured fields and are never seen or stored by Threads On Kiwi.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars. Threads On Kiwi is not GST registered, so no GST is added at checkout — the price on the product page is the price you pay, plus shipping if your order is under the free-shipping threshold.

Apple Pay and Google Pay appear at checkout when your device and browser support them.
When your card is charged
When you place an order, your card is authorised rather than charged. The money is taken when your piece is finished and dispatched, because everything here is made to order. Until then you may see the amount held as pending in your banking app.
Security
- Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach our servers.
- Every page of this site is served over HTTPS.
- We store what an order needs — your name, delivery address, email and the personalisation details for what we stitch.
If something goes wrong
If a payment fails or you have been charged for something that did not go through, email info@threadsonkiwi.co.nz with your order number and we will sort it.
